Are these actually the same, similar or different?
Uridine, Pseudouridine, N1-methylpseudouridine are not the same.
Psuedouridine- psuedouridine synthase rotates the uracil section 180 degrees. Moved 3 carbons over and rotated 180 degrees. Pseudouridine is not N1-Methylpseudouridine. A methyl has been added to N1 position. Pseudouridine is found and can be used as a biomarker in prostate cancer (Uddin 2020)(Uddin, M. B., Wang, Z., & Yang, C. (2020). What effect does N1-methylpseudouridine feasibly have?

What allosteric effects can it have?
A) This change upstream can alter downstream activity. How is this switch in nucleotides affecting the proposed protein in the injection? We can view the difference in the above image. Why? The spike-protein is the common denominator between the coronavirus and the COVID-19 injectable products nevertheless that is the just the introduction. It is not just two modified codons that result “in a version of the spike-protein that is stabilized in its prefusion state (Heinz et al., 2021).” Are the spike proteins produced comparable? Dr Gutschi during her presentation stated that the Wuhan spike had a 141kDa but the spike protein produced by the modfied RNA was 180 kDa. A) Is it the difference in the sequences? The following sequences are protein (amino cid) sequences.

B) Is it the difference between amino acid compositions? (Daniel Santiago, Solari presentation Nov 2023 and Daniels substack)
C)Is it synonymous substitutions in addition to the replacement of uridine with N1-methylpseudouridine?
There are synonymous changes throughout the BNT162b2 sequence versus Sars CoV-2. Can we call these changes minor or major? Minor changes may have huge results. (Bioavailability oral of ampicillin(30-55%) vs amoxicillin (98.2%), the difference is the -OH (hydroxyl) group is in ampicillin not amoxicillin.)
Ampicillin and amoxicillin are not the same.
D) Is it the difference in the number of base pairs?

N1-methylpseudouridine is not the same as uridine, psuedouridine or thymine。 Substituting nucleotides changes the “genetic language”。How is this being interpreted by the human body?
